She partnered closely with physician leadership and executive teams to establish, then implement successful recruitment and retention strategies across specialties. A key tenet of her approach is to thoughtfully work with physicians to help them find, evaluate and ultimately choose the right practice home.
Anne credits a respected physician medical director for giving her a foundation in physician recruitment. He taught her that the “right fit” matters most and, like any business, relationships are key. These principles have served Anne well. She feels successful when she helps a physician, and his/her family, find a satisfying practice in the right community, and when a practice client hires a valued, long-term partner. Anne wants to be known for her honesty, integrity, service, and effectiveness.
On a personal note, Anne is a University of Oregon graduate who enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, community activities, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
